The company was jointly invested by Weifu High-Tech, IRD, Borit, RBINT, and the Wuxi Xinwu District Government, with a registered capital of 500 million RMB (CNY). It specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sales of fuel cell stacks and BOP subsystem key components, delivering localized solutions for customers in China.
